Full Refund — Cancel 12+ Hours Before Tour Cancel at least 12 hours before your tour start time and receive a full 100% refund, no questions asked.

50% Refund — Cancel 6 to 12 Hours Before Cancellations between 6 and 12 hours before the tour receive a 50% refund. The remaining 50% is retained to compensate your driver for their reserved time.

No Refund — Less Than 6 Hours Before Cancellations within 6 hours of tour start or no-shows are non-refundable. Your driver will have committed their full day to your group.

Refund Timeline Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method via Stripe.
🪪 Photo ID required on tour day — Your driver will ask to see a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or equivalent) before departure. No copy will be taken or stored.
